RELATIONAL EVANGELISM
Go simply means sharing Christ with others. As we share Christ, it is not always in what we say, but in the way we provide an example to others. As we garner relationships in our work place, other places, and within our family, they are watching us and our example before them. Our model can become an invitation for them to want to know Christ. Opportunities to pray, share, and discuss Christ will occur in casual, moderate, and intimate relationships.
EVANGELISM
Opportunities will be given for members who have a desire to reach out to the community. We will reach out to people in the community by sharing the gospel of Jesus Christ in targeted communities. Also, other evangelistic outreach opportunities will be given in a variety of ways such as: feeding homeless, prison ministry, GED programs, and the like.
MISSIONS
We believe in the commission that Jesus gave his disciples when He told them to “... go and make disciples of all the nations...” (Matthew 28:19). We have a strong desire to raise up people who feel called to other countries, and train and support them in their work. We too desire to go into other nations as well as set aside a portion of our offerings to be given to evangelistic outreach in Global Missions and North America. Currently, we support an Indian orphanage in New Delhi, India, and we support a local missions in Africa and Haiti.
Our current focus is relief in Haiti, headed by our own Jean Louis Jean Michelet head of Michelet Ministries in Haiti. If you would like to contribute to this effort, please click on the link below.
Haiti Relief Donations
We aid Evangelist Ashish Massey who heads the Hillview Foundation. This foundation undergirds and supports two orphanages in New Dehli, India. These children have been rescued from the impoverished streets of India and are given food, clothing, and shelter. Additionally, each child is afforded the opportunity to get a sound Christian education.
Also, Kingdom Tabernacle has committed our prayers and seed gifts to Omosaze, a non-profit organization that supports ministry in Africa.
Our heart is for missions, and we desire to expand in this area by planning and taking mission trips annually, sending persons to the mission field, and support of missionaries once home on furlough
THE INVITATION
Also, we go by inviting others to come and hear the word of God at KT, receive healing, become a part of a small group, and serve in this ministry. We invite others to be a part because we understand that we cannot grow and mature as a Christian unless we are a part of a vibrant and growing body. The body of Christ is how Christ is revealed in our lives. The Bible teaches that we also need each other for many reasons. Therefore, we desire for others to come and we must GO AND TELL THEM ABOUT CHRIST FIRST AND INVITE THEM TO COME TO KT TO EXPERIENCE HIS PRESENCE!
